SUMMER CAMPS

There are lots of summer camps for kids and families to attend this summer! Brochures/Registration forms for Cherry Run Camp, Wesley Woods, and Camp Allegheny are on the counter by the bulletin board.  Some other camps you may want to check out online are Miracle Mountain (Spring Creek), Pine Springs (Jennerstown), Mahaffey Camp (Mahaffey), Whitehall (Emlenton), Little Mahoning (Smicksburg) and Jumonville.

NEW DOOR LOCKS

On Tuesday, May 26, the final step in updating our door locks will take place.  Anyone who has a key to the church will not be able to use it after that date.

A list of who has keys has been reviewed.  Fobs have been activated for our active members who need access to the church.  These fobs will allow you to enter the main door by the office and the door in the fireplace room downstairs.

If you have a key to the church, please stop by the office counter after the worship services to sign for your fob.  Someone will be there to hand them out.  You can also see Tracy in the church office during the week.

The fobs only unlock the door for you to enter.  The door locks again when it closes.  If an event is taking place and you need the door to stay unlocked, we can program it to unlock and lock at specific times.  If you lose your fob, there is a $25 fee for a new one.

The safety subcommittee & trustees have worked hard to make the church safer for everyone.  If you have any questions, please see Don Long, Alan Rhoades, or call the church office.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all learn this new system.

FOOD PANTRY COLLECTION

The food pantry is collecting certain non-food items to distribute to those in need. Donated items may be placed in the box at the back of the sanctuary.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

Sunday School classes for all ages are now being held. This includes our nursery class on the children’s floor. Hope to see you at Sunday School!

WELCOME, VISITORS!

We are glad you are here to worship with us today. Welcome packets are available on the table at the back of the sanctuary if you would like more info about our church.

LIVESTREAMING

Both Sunday morning services are livestreamed each week on our church Facebook page at “Brookville Evangelical.” Special services & programs are also available this way. This is a great opportunity for those who can’t be with us in person to be a part of our worship.

Nursery

The nursery will be opened and staffed during the worship service for children in preschool and younger.  The nursery is located on the children's floor (upstairs) in the second room on the right.  All you need to do is drop off your children before the worship service begins and then pick them up after the service.  We are happy to help serve you and your infant or toddler in this way!

Children's Church
Children's Church is for children in Kindergarten through 4th grade.  Each Sunday the children will be dismissed from the sanctuary after the children's message and will return to the sanctuary before the end of the worship service.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

Photos and videos of church services and events will be taken periodically for publicity purposes.  If you do not want photos/videos of you included in print or online publications, please contact the church office.
